Terms of service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms govern your use of luxvietta.com and purchases from Lux Watches (Luxvietta). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the refund policy, the shipping policy, and the privacy policy.
The store
The seller is Lux Watches, 67 Midsummer Blvd, Milton Keynes MK9 3GB, United Kingdom. Email: contact@luxvietta.com. Customer care: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (UK).
Products and orders
We sell stainless steel wristwatches. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Small differences in colour or finish can occur because of screens and materials.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an obvious pricing error. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the amount charged.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. The amount you pay is the total shown at checkout, including shipping if it applies. Taxes are included or added as shown at checkout. Payment is taken through the checkout provider before the order is confirmed.
Delivery, returns, and title
Delivery is described in the shipping policy. Returns and refunds are described in the refund policy. Ownership of the watch passes to you when we receive full payment and the carrier delivers it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, try to access it without permission, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account or order is being misused.
Intellectual property
The site, the Luxvietta name, photographs, and text belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a carrier, customs authority, or incorrect address you provided. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law requires more.
Consumers
If you buy as a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights of your country of residence. Those rights override any term here that would reduce them. Consumers in the European Union can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory consumer forum you are entitled to use.
